As I shared with you yesterday, I've had several "healthy" obsessions over the past 3 years. My biggest one had to be on the mouth-watering Bryan Thomas. It even got to the point where he e-mailed me to thank me for all the attention I was giving him. We stayed in contact for quite some time, that's until he fell off the face off the earth. He resurfaced back in November when he updated his website,
Bryan Thomas Fitness. I guess we'll have to wait and see what he has in store for us.
